Let me tell you a little about myself Janet Trigg, CFP and my company. I graduated from the University of Southern California
(USC) in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and real estate. In
1989 I graduated from the College for Financial Planning and earned the nationally accredited Certified Financial Planner
(CFP) designation. That same year I attained my first real estate license in California. My company Las Vegas Real Estate
Sales, LLC transacts business in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington. We also conduct business internationally
upon request.

My Business Philosophy
My philosophy is plain and simple. Whether you're new to real estate investing or a seasoned investor, real estate is the
#1 wealth builder for the worlds richest families. Yes, there are the computer billionaires, but there are not as many millionaires
as there are from those who own a piece of the planet. Real estate has been growing in value since man started purchasing
it. Yes, there are the ups and downs of the market, but in the long run real estate always comes out on top. A well planned
portfolio of real estate can make your dreams and goals a reality.
About My Agency
Las Vegas Real Estate Sales, LLC is located in downtown Las Vegas near the intersection of Rancho Blvd and Vegas Drive. We
find that this office is centrally located to meet the needs of clients in all corners of the valley. We have several offices
and a nice large, well lit conference room complete with teleconferencing capabilities, chalk board and easels for private
and group client meetings and seminars.
