Las Vegas Real Estate Services, LLC is owned and operated by Nick Till, who has over 30 years of Construction experience as a California Licensed (B) General Contractor, 22 years "Flipping" Residential Properties in California and Nevada, and 17 years as a Licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesperson in Nevada.

Nick brings a very unique approach to Consumers and Homeowners by Consulting and Providing Insight on all projects truthfully and thoroughly so that there is no "Gray Area" to prevent any problems with the process.  After the first meeting you will know what direction to go and what your options are. 

Nick supervises  and often performs all of the work "hands-on" and if we need to bring in sub-contractors to comply with Nevada Contractors Board NRS Code, we will, and will supervise the work, start to finish.  We guarantee our work for life of your ownership with your home and will enforce any product warranties when there are issues.

We understand that it is hard to find a good, honest, and affordable Consultant or Contractor these days so we are dedicated to alleviating any concerns and trust issues with your project.  If your not HAPPY and you don't BENEFIT from our services and efforts, we did not do our job.
